Initial Consultation
Complete our online form and we'll contact you for a meeting with one of our expert clinicians.
At this meeting, we will discuss the Disability Benefits Questionnaire and Nexus Letter process and determine if your case is a candidate for a
claim or Nexus Letter.

Submit Medical Evidence
Send medical records for review via our secure dropbox online. This may include service records, private medical records, and VA medical records. There is a $150 non-refundable fee for this review.

Receive DBQ or Nexus Letter
We will thoroughly review and complete your Disability Benefits Questionnaire or Nexus Letter and answer any questions you have along the way
